1.1 Service Overview

Spiritual Sojourns curates and organizes customized spiritual retreats, journeys and wellness experiences across India. Each journey is designed with mindfulness, authenticity and comfort to create meaningful and transformative travel experiences.

1.2 Eligibility

By making a booking, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older; if you’re below 18 years of age, guardian assurance is mandatory.
• All information provided during registration or booking is true and accurate.
• You agree to abide by all Spiritual Sojourns policies and local regulations of travel destinations.

1.3 Booking Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only after receipt of full or partial payment and acknowledgment from Spiritual Sojourns via email or message.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings if incomplete, inaccurate, or suspicious activity is detected.

1.4 Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to maintain respectful and peaceful behavior during journeys and retreats. Any behavior that disrupts group harmony, violates spiritual spaces, or disrespects local traditions may result in removal from the program without refund.

2. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is sacred to us. Spiritual Sojourns respects and protects the personal information of all guests and visitors.

2.1 Information We Collect

We may collect the following:

• Personal information: name, email, phone number, age, gender (for travel arrangements and accommodation).
• Travel details and preferences for personalized itinerary creation.

• Process bookings and communicate travel details.

3. Booking & Payment Policy

3.1 Booking Process

• A booking is valid only upon receipt of advance payment or full payment, depending on the package.
• Full payment must be completed before the start of the journey or retreat.
• All communications will be made via the registered email or phone number provided at the time of booking.

3.2 Payment Methods

Payments can be made via:

• Online transfer / UPI / Credit-Debit cards (through our secure payment partner).
• Bank deposit or approved digital payment link.

3.3 Pricing

All prices are mentioned in INR and include taxes unless specified.
Prices are subject to change based on availability, travel season, and accommodation standards.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Participant

• Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, “no refunds” will be issued in case of participant cancellation, non-attendance, or early departure—regardless of reason (including personal, health, or travel issues).
• However, the participant may request “rescheduling” for a future retreat (subject to approval and availability, and only if notified at least 15 days before the scheduled date).

4.2 Cancellation by Spiritual Sojourns

In rare cases of unforeseen circumstances (natural calamities, minimum participant count not met, or force majeure), Spiritual Sojourns reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a journey.

• Participants will be notified promptly.
• In such cases, full credit or a partial refund may be offered as per management discretion.

4.3 Non-Refundable Policy

As each journey involves advance bookings with accommodations, meals, guides, and transportation, all payments are non-refundable once confirmed.

5.Liability Disclaimer

• Participants join the journeys voluntarily, acknowledging that all travel carries certain risks.
• Spiritual Sojourns is not responsible for injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage during travel.
• We recommend participants arrange personal travel insurance and medical coverage.
• Our role is to organize and facilitate the experience; we are not liable for third-party delays, strikes, political unrest, or acts of nature.

6. Health & Safety Policy

• Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally fit to participate.
• Any health conditions must be disclosed prior to booking so that necessary arrangements can be made.
• Emergency medical assistance (if required) will be provided through local facilities, and related expenses are borne by the participant.

7. Conduct & Respect for Sacred Spaces

Spiritual Sojourns journeys take place in holy environments. All guests must:

• Dress modestly and respectfully in temples and spiritual sites.
• Avoid smoking, alcohol, or non-satvik food during the journey.
• Maintain silence and mindfulness during meditation and rituals.

Violation of these guidelines may result in dismissal from the program without refund.

8. Modifications

Spiritual Sojourns reserves the right to modify or update these policies at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website and apply immediately upon posting.
